Myriuna Worlds is an independent studio developing Myriuna and the technical, organizational, and creative systems required to build it.
The studio is organized to preserve project history, decisions, evidence, responsibilities, and unfinished work across changing roles, tools, and AI models.
About the studio
Myriuna Worlds currently operates as a solo development studio. Its work spans product direction, software architecture, implementation, infrastructure, research, documentation, narrative design, visual development, testing, and review.
These functions are not treated as one undifferentiated job. They are represented as explicit working roles within an Inverse Organization: one continuous human authority moving between bounded specialist contexts.
AI systems assist within those contexts. They may research, analyse, propose, challenge, document, or help execute work, but they do not independently establish project direction or accepted project state.
Operating model
Myriuna Worlds did not begin with a formal organizational structure. It grew out of the practical demands of building a project that became larger, more varied, and more interconnected over time.
AI assistance made it possible for one person to work across product design, engineering, infrastructure, research, documentation, narrative systems, visual development, and review. As that work accelerated, the studio also had to preserve more decisions, more unfinished reasoning, and more parallel strands of development.
The Inverse Organization developed as a way to keep that work coherent.
The studio’s functions are represented as explicit working roles, each with a defined purpose and area of responsibility. One human remains responsible for direction and accepted project state, while AI systems assist within those roles. Repositories, reports, records, and structured project data preserve continuity between periods of work.
The model is still evolving through use. It is not presented as a universal answer to how organizations should operate, but as the working structure Myriuna Worlds has developed to keep a complex project understandable, governable, and moving forward through at least two more years of planned development.
Studio architecture
Myriuna Worlds develops and operates through three closely connected systems. They work at different layers of the studio, but each follows the same underlying logic: preserve authoritative state, bound the context in which work happens, validate change, and carry accepted results forward.

Internal studio software
CLE is internal studio software for integrating, validating, routing, and automating AI-assisted development workflows while keeping accepted project state under human authority.
CLE is not currently a public project.
Operating model
The Inverse Organization is the studio’s fractal operating model: bounded roles act on authoritative state, return results for validation, and reintegrate accepted change into the larger whole.
Myriuna applies the model to a persistent world. CLE applies it to the development process. The Inverse Organization applies it to the studio itself.
Selected writing
Three connected essays examine the product, the operating model behind it, and how human understanding remains connected to high-velocity AI-assisted work.
Visual engines preserve more world than the current image displays. Myriuna is being designed to apply that discipline to narrative state: compile the correct local reality, let AI render the experience, and validate consequences before they become world truth.
Vegapunk, the Spirit Bomb, Goku, Vegeta, and King Kai provide memorable ways to see distributed cognition, external capability, human development, shadow, and responsibility. The article follows those metaphors into the grounded architecture beneath them.
High-velocity AI-assisted work can move faster than the person directing it can fully absorb. This article describes a practical learning loop in which failed attempts route the next legitimate step instead of ending the process.
Personal note
Behind the Inverse Organization is a Jungian idea: different human capacities can become more explicit without becoming separate identities, then return what they learn to one continuous person.
For me, that matters beyond the architecture. Myriuna is not only a product I am trying to complete. It is a place where imagination, technical ability, curiosity, service, and responsibility can develop together.
The structure gives difficult questions somewhere to go, unfinished work a recoverable point of return, and internal complexity a path into work that can be built, tested, explained, and eventually shared.
The system is young. Myriuna is not ready for users, and its long-term outcome remains unknown. None of that makes the work less meaningful. Building it has given those parts of the work a durable direction.
I hope to build a world worth carrying other people into. The work of building it is also helping me become better able to carry the project forward.
